Landowner Compact Ranch Rules

Perrin Ranch has agreed to allow recreational access on its ranch under certain conditions:

This form is not an Arizona Game and Fish Department requirement.

Be advised that the landowner requires certain personal information as a condition to access the properties, and the Arizona Game and Fish Department will be providing the landowners the required personal information.

All persons must follow Ranch Rules and State Laws and Regulations. Any person who violates Ranch Rules or State Law(s) or Regulation(s) may be subject to trespass charges and immediate cancellation of their access pass or privilege. These violations can result in permanent ineligibility to obtain access privileges on all Landowner Compact Areas enrolled in the Arizona Game and Fish Department Landowner Compact. These roles apply to all private lands, and public or state lands accessed by crossing private lands in the Landowner Compact Area. Future access for hunting depends on compliance with these Ranch Rules and State Laws and Regulations.

Cross country vehicle travel to retrieve big game is allowed if doing so does not cause habitat damage, but is restricted to quad or side-by-side all-terrain vehicles only. No other cross-country vehicle travel is allowed. At all other times vehicles are allowed only on roads which are marked/ posted “Open.”

Close gates unless tied open.

Camping is allowed only in designated campsites.

Do not disturb livestock and/or ranch facilities.

Do not hinder livestock access to ponds or other water sources.

No recreational target shooting is allowed on the Perrin Ranch.

Pick up all litter.

Respect private property.

Recreational Users must have in their possession a valid Ranch Access Pass and copy of, or ability to demonstrate knowledge of, Ranch Rules. In addition Recreational Users are required to have in their possession either a valid hunting license (and be scouting for or in pursuit of legal game) or a valid State Land Department Recreation Permit when recreating on State Trust Lands.

The use of drones is not allowed other than for law enforcement activities or when approved on a case by case basis by Perrin Ranch, LLC.

The use of game cameras is not allowed.

The landowners require hunters to execute the form as condition of accessing the landowner’s property. This form is not an Arizona Game and Fish Department requirement.

Individuals that do not follow ranch rules can be cited for trespass and lose access privileges to all Landowner Compact ranches.
