Landowner Compact Ranch Rules
O’Haco Cattle Company has agreed to allow recreational access on its ranches. The north ranch will allow recreational access year round. The south ranch will allow recreational access from August 16 through December 1.
Respected access is open access.

Portion of the ranch west of the wind farm headquarters is open August 16 through November 30. During other times, verbal permission is required. Other portions of the ranch are open year round.
In order to maintain access follow these instructions:
Each person must complete online form.
Do not drive faster than 25mph.
Walk In area, no vehicle travel allowed. See map.
Use existing roads only. A.R.S. 17-454
No woodcutting.
Minimize livestock disturbance. A.R.S. 17-309A.3
Pick up all litter. A.R.S. 17-309A.9; 13-1603
Leave gates as they are found. A.R.S. 17-309A.3
Obey all state laws and posted signs.
Respect private property rights.
Violations punishable by revocation of access privilege and fines.

This area outside the seasonal closure is checker boarded with state and private lands. O’Haco Cattle Company is allowing access across their private lands.
In order to maintain access follow these instructions:
Each person must complete online form.

No woodcutting.
Minimize livestock disturbance. A.R.S. 17-309A.3
Pick up all litter. A.R.S. 17-309A.9; 13-1603
Leave gates as they are found. A.R.S. 17-309A.3
Obey all state laws and posted signs.
Respect private property rights.
